Are these benefits typical of a full-time job?

Sounds pretty decent. In this economy people would kill to have a job like that. I have awesome benifits at my job, actually better than yours but I work for a company that really takes care of their employees. Do they give you a 401K plan? That is probably the only thing that you didn't mention that I would want to have if I were you. My company is not common though, what your job is offering is pretty common for a decent job. I am also salary and do not get overtime.
