My Parents Are Controll Freaks, WHAT Do I Do? (HELP ME!)?

So ever since I was little they've been controlling my EVERY move. I'm wasn't allowed to have sleepovers until they got I was 12, I have to wear a ONE freaking piece swim suite because they make me on church retreats, I made good arguments to change that but my dad is so freaking big headed that he wont even bother changing for me even though it's RUINING our relationship. He says he wont let me because I'm trying to hard to be accepted and a bunch of other BS, but for the most park I look like **** in a one piece! They made me wear the longest shorts on earth (Finger tip length) and I have been HOME schooled my WHOLE life, that lead me to have to repeat the eighth grade, I'm repeating it next year, so I'm going to a normal school thank GOD. Now I just need some help they wont let me dye my hair, date, have friends..etc, they UNDERPAY me when they force me to stay home a babysit me then they fine me when one of my 7 siblings asses off and I get them back, $5! I barely get $10 a week, and now I'm going to school and I'm going to be forced to look like a goodwill wearing freak because my parent's are psychopaths. PLEASE HELP. I don't know what to do!
