Why Do Doctors Don't Like Medicare & Medicaid?

The problem is that doctors and hospitals are not being compensated fully for the work they receive, which for the hospitals creates a dangerous revenue liability and for the doctors, discourages quality work from being done and also discourages even more qualified or capable professionals from entering the medical field (Because they end up getting payed less either way), which in turn lowers our overall quality of care.
