Should i rebel or go with the flow?

You prime may have passed and you will always be remembered for the great things you did even though they may not always be acknowledged. Go out with respect for others because they will hopefully carry on your legacy into the future, you have laid the foundations and they will simply build upon them. Now may be the time to consider a different job if your unhappy, perhaps a more senior position in a different company. But remember that the job market is quite competitive and your skills and life experience will be valued over the younger ones.
