Why do i keep getting underpaid at work?

its very inconvenient because i get paid monthly and i work hard. i keep getting paid around 30% less then i should get i've been at this job for 3 months and they've underpaid me twice...fortunately i've got all my hours written down and i've shown them the hours i didn't get paid for but they still haven't sorted it yet.
